# ManOS > A course for men built on the book *ManOS: Rebuild the Man Beneath > the Mask* by Lee Powell. Eight lessons and eighteen printable tools > for rebuilding self-trust one kept promise at a time. Receipts over > intentions. ## What this site is getmanos.com is the standalone home of the course. Its premise, from the book's own thesis: "Intentions lie. Execution leaves receipts. Receipts build the man." The diagnosis: years of announced-then-broken intentions train a man's nervous system to expect his own betrayal. What he calls laziness is a probability model built from his own history. The fix is not insight or motivation but the receipt: one kept promise, small enough to be unbreakable, verified, repeated, until the body's ledger updates. The course does not sell transformation, routines, or hype. It is education plus printable tools; the work stays with the reader. ## The eight lessons The course walks the book's BRIC arc (Bare, Reforge, Install, Cohere), two lessons per part, with the book's checkpoint questions as part dividers. 1. The lie of the line: the masks and their common ghost; the map of the whole rebuild. Free with an account. 2. The first receipt: self-trust as a bank account; the nervous system's ledger; inherited code; the body's dashboard. 3. Values, wounds, emotion data: the values audit against calendar, bank statement and body; how wounds rewrite rooms; emotions as data. 4. Connection and brotherhood: the feedback loop that makes intimacy real; receiving; the Table; when brotherhood is not enough and a professional is the next call. 5. Money and the machine: money as energy and mirror; the scarcity code; the body as the hardware everything runs on. 6. Wins, relapse, the reboot: small wins that stick; the crash that always comes; thirty days as evidence, not transformation. 7. Purpose and leading: the 3am arithmetic and what answers it; purpose proved, not found; leading by example, not title. 8. What they will remember: presence as the only inheritance that cannot be spent; drift and maintenance; the daily run sequence. ## The eighteen tools Drift Audit (free with the free lesson), One Promise Card, The Dashboard, 52 Values Diagnostic, Boundary Installation, Emotion Families reference, Communication Scripts, The Apology That Repairs, Partner's Letter, Table Starter, Clean Money Protocol, Body Maintenance Sheet, Crash Log, 30-Day Reboot Tracker, North Star Worksheet, Coherence Checklist, When Life Hits Hard, Emergency Protocols card.
