Our Services include coaching, workshops, and digital educational products. Access may be online or in person, as described at the time of purchase. We may update, modify, or discontinue Services at any time.

Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older. If under 18, use is permitted only with parental/guardian consent, and responsibility lies with the parent/guardian.

If a booking is cancelled 7 or more days before the start date, a full refund applies. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available once Services have commenced or digital materials have been accessed.

For one-to-one coaching, sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@getmanos.com and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.

We are not healthcare, medical, or psychological professionals. Our Services are for educational and personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment.

We do not guarantee improvements in performance, income, health, or any specific outcomes. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including motivation, health, and compliance with recommendations.
